Midplaza Holding Website
A corporate site for a group spanning hospitality, commercial property and technology, developed to make three very different businesses read as one.
Brief
What we were asked to do
Midplaza Holding is a group with interests that do not obviously belong together — hospitality, commercial property and technology — and a holding company's website has to make that coherent rather than simply list it. Working to a design produced by a partner agency, we were asked to develop the site: to turn approved artwork into a build that holds up across each division's section, keeps the group's identity intact from one to the next, and can absorb another business line later without being rebuilt from scratch.
Output
What we made
A corporate site with a section for each part of the group — hotels, office and property, and technology — developed from the partner agency's design and structured so the divisions share one underlying system rather than diverging into three separate sites. Each section has room to present very different material, from rooms and facilities to floorplates to services, while the navigation, typography and identity stay consistent enough that a visitor always knows whose site they are on.
Results
What it did
The group has one address that explains what it owns and what it does, with each division given proper room inside a single, consistent corporate frame.
