This policy applies to bigindigital.com and to the enquiries, orders and bookings you send us through it. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us at sales@bigindigital.com.
Who we are
BIG In Digital is a digital agency operated by PT Erasys Consulting, with offices at Jalan Rambai No. 6, Jakarta Selatan 12120, Indonesia; and 22 Sin Ming Lane #06-76, Midview City, Singapore 573969. For the purposes of Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, we are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the contact form, the studio booking form or the BIG POS order form we store what you type: your name, email address, company or business name, phone number, city, the options you tick and the message you write. We also record the time, the page the form was on, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, so we can tell genuine enquiries from automated spam.
What your browser sends. Like every website, our server keeps standard access logs: IP address, requested page, referring page, browser and time. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works. These set cookies and send pseudonymous usage data to Google. We use Facebook’s Messenger chat plugin so you can message us; when it loads, Facebook may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, in line with Meta’s privacy policy.
What we do not collect. We do not take payments on this site, so we never see card or bank details. We do not ask for identity documents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, set up a BIG POS account you ordered, or confirm a studio booking.
- To keep a record of leads and orders so nothing you send us is lost.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse and attacks.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and on the performance of a contract once you become a client. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Who we share it with
Only the people and providers needed to do the above:
- Our own team members who handle sales, production and support.
- Our hosting provider (servers in the European Union) and our email delivery provider, which carry your data on our behalf under contract.
- Google (analytics and advertising) and Meta (Messenger chat), as described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are outside Indonesia and Singapore. Where that is the case we make sure the transfer is covered by the provider’s contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the enquiry, order or booking they relate to, and then for up to three years so we can answer follow-up questions and meet accounting rules. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s retention settings, currently 14 months.
Cookies
The site itself sets one functional cookie, used only to remember that you have closed our fraud-warning notice. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Messenger set their own cookies for the purposes described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for a particular purpose, or to give you a copy. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to sales@bigindigital.com and we will reply within 14 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Indonesian data protection authority under Law No. 27 of 2022 or, for Singapore residents, to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored on our own server, behind authentication, and are visible only to staff who need them. We keep software up to date and keep backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send us passwords, card numbers or other secrets through the forms.
Beware of fraud
We never offer paid work such as clicking advertisements, giving likes or similar tasks. All official information comes only from this website, from email addresses ending in @bigindigital.com or @erasysconsulting.com, and from the phone numbers listed on our Contact page. If someone approaches you in our name in any other way, please report it to us.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
