These terms cover your use of bigindigital.com. Work we do for clients, and subscriptions to BIG CRM or BIG POS, are governed by the separate agreement or order confirmation for that engagement; where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share its content, and use its forms to contact us, book the studio or order BIG POS. You may not use the site to send spam or malicious content, to probe or attack it, to scrape it at scale, or to do anything unlawful. We may block access from any source that does.
Enquiries, bookings and orders
Sending a form is not a contract. A contact form starts a conversation. A studio booking request is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation after checking the calendar. A BIG POS order is accepted only when we email you that your account is ready, and the plan, price and limits that apply are the ones stated on the BIG POS page at the time we confirm. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
You confirm that the details you send are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. We reply to enquiries within two working days, Monday to Friday, Jakarta time.
BIG CRM and BIG POS
BIG CRM and BIG POS are software services we operate. Free plans may be limited or withdrawn at any time. Paid plans continue until either side ends them with notice as set out in the order confirmation. We may suspend an account that is used for spam, fraud or in breach of the law. Data you put into these services belongs to you; we process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.
Studio rental
The studio and its equipment are rented as described on the Studio page. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your crew beyond normal wear. Cancellation terms, deposits and overtime rates are stated in the booking confirmation.
Intellectual property
The text, design, photographs and software of this site belong to BIG In Digital or are used with permission. Client work shown in our case studies belongs to the respective clients and is shown to illustrate our work. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. You may quote or link to our content with attribution; you may not copy the site or its materials for commercial use without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Messenger, and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services or sites.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or suited to your purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be brought before the courts of South Jakarta, unless a client agreement says otherwise. For Singapore-based clients, the client agreement may specify Singapore law instead.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
