Railink Website
Building and deploying the public site for Indonesia's airport rail operator, onto the client's own infrastructure.

Brief
What we were asked to do
Railink runs Indonesia's airport rail services, and its website is where most passengers go before they travel: to check what time trains run, to understand what each service covers, and to find their way onward to booking. The visual design was handled by a partner agency. We were brought in to turn that design into a working site and to get it live on Railink's own infrastructure, which meant building faithfully to someone else's specification while taking responsibility for how the thing actually behaves — how quickly a schedule page loads, how it holds up on a phone in a terminal with poor signal, and how it is deployed and maintained inside the client's environment rather than ours.
Output
What we made
A production build of the approved design, developed to match the partner agency's artwork and then deployed onto the operator's servers. The schedule and service pages were built to stay legible and quick on a small screen, because that is where a traveller checking a departure time actually is. Because the site had to run on the client's own infrastructure rather than a platform of our choosing, environment configuration, deployment and a clean handover were part of the job rather than an afterthought at the end of it.
Results
What it did
Passengers have one public place to check departure times, understand what each service includes and continue to booking, on a site the operator hosts and controls itself.
